Office 3PASF
This project involves renovating the first floor of a commercial mixed-use townhouse, formerly a bank and now a glassware display retail space. Bitarchitects was tasked with handling both the architectural design and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering aspects of the project. Our approach prioritized meticulous detailing and comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless execution and secure necessary permits.
Our scope of work encompassed transforming the existing space into a functional and visually appealing environment, all while adhering to regulatory requirements. Bitarchitects worked closely with the client to integrate their vision into the design, optimizing the layout for efficient retail display and enhanced customer engagement.
Although the project’s concept may seem straightforward, achieving the desired outcome demanded intricate planning and meticulous attention to detail. Bitarchitects navigated through architectural design and MEP engineering complexities, addressing structural considerations, utility systems, and code compliance. The result is a harmonious fusion of functionality and aesthetics, underscoring Bitarchitects’ proficiency in delivering tailored solutions, even for seemingly straightforward projects that require rigorous documentation and permit approvals.
