Bitarchitects Internship Program

At Bitarchitects, we are committed to developing the next generation of architects and designers. Our Internship Program offers a structured and hands-on learning experience, allowing participants to build practical skills while gaining exposure to real-world projects in architecture and engineering.

The Bitarchitects Internship Program is designed for recent graduates seeking meaningful, real-world experience. Interns actively contribute to ongoing projects, gaining insight into the full project lifecycle, from initial concepts to permitting and documentation, while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the development of architectural drawings and documentation
  • Participate in real project workflows, including drafting, research, and coordination
  • Learn industry standards, file organization, and professional communication
  • Support the team with design tasks, problem-solving, and project deliverables
  • Gain exposure to permitting processes and real client-based work

Mentorship and Training

Interns work closely with architects who provide continuous guidance, feedback, and support. The program includes structured training sessions focused on improving both technical and professional skills.

Work Environment

You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that values accountability, communication, and growth. Interns are expected to engage actively, ask questions, and take initiative in their daily tasks.

Eligibility

  • BA in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Recent graduates
  • Strong academic background and portfolio required

Program Duration and Schedule

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Offered during: Summer, Spring, and Winter
  • Commitment:
    • 1-hour daily team meeting
    • 4 hours of work per day
