Mixed-Use 2BHRN

Bitarchitects reimagined 2BHRN as a flexible, high-performing mixed-use development designed to maximize property value while elevating both function and form. The existing ground-level commercial space, once an open office area, was transformed into a versatile commercial floorplate. Its open plan and carefully considered infrastructure allow future tenants the freedom to adapt and subdivide the space according to their operational needs, whether for offices, retail, or specialty use.

To expand the client’s portfolio and enhance return on investment, Bitarchitects introduced an entirely new upper floor, thoughtfully developed into two modern residential apartments. Each unit features two bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen with an integrated bar, spacious living and dining areas, and a full bathroom, all bathed in abundant natural light from newly installed windows. With two fully equipped kitchens, one in each apartment, the design maximizes convenience and livability. Private entrances and circulation were also integrated to ensure independent access for residents, reinforcing the mixed-use nature of the property.

Architecturally, the project emphasizes clean lines, efficient spatial organization, and adaptable layouts, balancing commercial flexibility on the ground floor with residential comfort and livability above. The interplay between the commercial base and the elevated residential layer reflects Bitarchitects’ approach to designing spaces that respond to market needs while enriching the user experience.
