Bitarchitects has been engaged to carry out a full-scale interior renovation and structural update of a multi-level residential property, transforming the basement, first and second floors, staircase, and both front and rear elevations. Our vision was to breathe new life into every floor, creating a refined, cohesive space tailored for modern living. From the basement to the top floor, each level was thoughtfully reimagined to improve function, flow, and comfort.

In the basement, the redesigned layout features a stylish wet bar, a utility room, a cozy living area, a full bathroom, a bedroom, a closet, and newly constructed interior walls and doors. On the first floor, the heart of the home now includes a custom kitchen with a central island and countertop, a new bathroom, and a redefined living room designed for ease and openness.

Upstairs, the second floor is being restructured to offer two spacious master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet, along with a laundry area and built-in steps inside one closet to accommodate the staircase clearance. The existing staircase between the basement and first floor will be completely removed and replaced with a new, code-compliant structure that ties all levels together seamlessly.

Exterior improvements include all-new windows on the front and rear elevations and a reoriented back entrance door that enhances flow directly into the kitchen. This renovation is designed to maximize space, modernize every level, and bring a cohesive, contemporary feel to the entire home.
